Delivery is usually sent via FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow us up to 30 days to ship your unit.

Packburn Warrants the 329AD for a period of 1 year. Warranty includes parts and labor.

Return Policy

We think that you will love your Packburn and will never need to send it back. But if you do, we’re here to help. All returns require factory authorization and an RMA number. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipment. We’ll pay for sending it back. All returns need to be in the original packaging, and if not available, double-boxed. The shipment must be insured for the replacement value. International must be air-shipped and double boxed.

If you just purchased a new machine and within 30 days find that it does not meet your needs, we will offer a full refund less return shipment cost. The full refund assumes the machine is returned in the original packaging and received in as-new condition.
